How do you make a long Story short?

After years of being jerked around by multiple different Worcester county lawyers and judges, I gave up my attorney client privilege. I told the lawyers the court appointed me that I no longer wished to speak on the phone, then I started sharing all our emails publicly, just to make sure things were all legal and magically I caught another ada lying to a judge about evidence in a case of mine. granted this was a different county of Massachusetts, but still. here's how it worked.

1. I was falsely accused and charged with assault October 4, 2021

2. May 25, 2023 I gave up my attorney client privilege.

3. I started using Ai, made a google blogger series and posted videos about everything on YouTube.

4. lawyers started digging themselves a hole and coming up with terrible excuses.

5. April 3, 2025 my case gets dismissed.

6. All documented for future generations to follow.

Nothing Special. Nothing Sneaky. No Backroom Conversations. 

Just the Truth, out in the open, exactly when I needed it, not after the fact.

7. April 2025 I was attacked by a mentally disturbed person on the same street my friend Tammy's skeletal remains were found 30 years ago, now have to deal with Hampden county court again and they have a history of altering evidence in cases I was involved in. 

My goal is to use this information to help people with their current cases and build a data base of people willing to help.

I went to Catholic school 1984-1991 and that was a let down. Pretty sad, I called the Gideons for help in 2025 and was let down again. I asked why they don't send people to speak at hospitals and the guy on the phone said those types of people don't want help 

My stories about the Department of Social Services now Department of Children and Families (DSS, DCF) Massachusetts Child Protective Services aren't recent, but they do paint a bigger picture for people and it lets them know they're not alone.

This happens to all different types of people and involves different organizations in different states.  

 I haven't had to deal with them in years, but people still do and they need a way to access as many stories and sites as possible, to give them the best chance at saving their families from future issues. We need to be there for each other, we know the government has decided not to help.

I watched both innocent children and adults get abused and neglected in group home across New England. My ex's son was abused countless times between 2016 and 202. I filed multiple reports and tried as hard as I could to get him the care the state claimed he was entitled and none of the reports were taken seriously, no changes were ever made, things always got worse, never better.

It's been over 30 years and there still haven't been any answers in my friends death. A local blogger worked with Tammy's father before he passed away. The city of Springfield failed my friend and her family. I wasn't any help 30 years ago and that stuck with me. I felt like more people should have been involved and action should've been taken. 

Malicious damage to a motor vehicle case

I learned over a year after being found guilty that the driver that hit me while I was walking through the Walmart parking lot in Springfield didn't have insurance, had a suspended registration and a rejection sticker for safety, police still let her drive away it. Then I learned the ada passed in a fake receipt and someone in the district attorneys office altered my notarized statement.

I was falsely accused of assault and my case was dragged out from October 4, 2021 until April 3, 2025 all because I spoke to arresting officers about the abuse going on in my ex's son's group home because they were recording everything and I have a big mouth. Then the state assigns me a lawyer who has a client in her sons house and that body camera footage from my arrest never comes to light, but some crappy dash-cam footage from a vehicle parked behind us magically appears and my case is dismissed.

I paid for court pretrial hearing audio and placed it on YouTube, I also wrote what I could remember of the statement I gave police because the body camera footage disappeared. I shared what I could remember of my conversations with lawyers and the complaints I filed against them. The complaints were ignored, but I knew they would, I was complaining to the system. 

Health Insurance Fraud turned into an assault case which I plan to use to help other people who have been locked in these horrible hospitals.
